1. The legal information is indicative

The guides, the glossary, the eligibility questionnaire, the document centre and the “Ask CADIMA AI” assistant explain the legislation in plain language and are for information purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and do not replace verification by the competent authorities. The specific situation of each employer or worker is checked against the legislation in force on the date the application is filed. We indicate the official sources and the date of the last update for every legal page.

2. Cost estimates are not firm offers

The prices displayed (“from 1000 to 2000 euro/person”, “advance of approx. 500 EUR”) and the calculator results are indicative estimates. The firm offer is sent in writing after checking the company, the occupation and the specific situation, and may differ depending on the number of workers, occupation, country of recruitment, complexity and additional services. State fees and third-party costs are checked on the filing date.

3. Deadlines

The deadlines described as “legal” are those laid down by law for the authorities and may be extended under the conditions provided by law; “estimated” durations come from our experience and are not guaranteed. CADIMA YOU SEE does not guarantee the authorities' deadlines.

4. Forms and leads

Submitting a form does not create a contractual obligation. The service contract is concluded in writing, based on the framework template approved by Order of the MMFTSS (Ministry of Labour) no. 655/2026.

5. No costs for workers

Under art. 23 (4) and (6) GEO 32/2026 (OUG 32/2026), we do not charge workers any commissions, tariffs, fees, guarantees or deposits.
