Where we recruit from

International coverage: Asia, Africa and other regions

We organise recruitment from 33 countries we work with on a regular basis, and we look into any other country requested by the employer, depending on the legal possibilities. The procedure in Romania is the same (GEO 32/2026 (OUG 32/2026): single application (cererea unică), D/AM2 or D/AM1 visa, single permit (permisul unic)); what differs is the selection and the preparation of documents in the country of origin, which we do directly, with our own team, on site or online, and, only where needed, with licensed local partners.

Main markets

The countries we recruit from most often: Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Egypt, Morocco, Ghana.
