- Analysis of logistics costs and the proposal of some solutions to reduce them.
- Checking the efficiency of management systems a stocks and logistics service providers.
- Interviews and data collection from employees and management.
1.2. Audit Report:
- Presenting a detailed report that will includes our findings, analysis shortcomings and suggestions for improvement.
- The proposal of optimization solutions a processes and the implementation of strategies leading to cost reduction and increasing operational efficiency.
1.3. Implementation of the Measures Corrections:
- Assistance for the implementation of the measures of remediation of identified deficiencies.

1.4. Monitoring and Evaluation
Quarterly:

02. Duration and Conditions of
contract:
The initial duration of the contract will be 1 year, with possibility
of extension depending on the evolution collaboration and the additional needs
of consulting or auditing. At the end of each year, will carry out an
assessment of progress, and the parties they will agree on continuity and
adjustments necessary.
