One partner, from selection to the single permit

Read the guide →. Our operational headquarters are in Ploiești. We recruit primarily directly: our own team travels to the countries of origin or runs the selection online, using our own methods, with the support of our Dubai office; where we cannot cover the demand, we turn, subsidiarily, to licensed local partners.
What we do
Verified recruitment and selection (video interview, practical test), contracts based on the official framework templates, company registration on the platform, the single application (cererea unică), the visa, the arrival, the single permit (permisul unic) and support for the duration of the contract.
How we work
The employer chooses the people and signs; we handle the procedure and explain every step. We do not promise the authorities' deadlines and we do not display figures we cannot prove.
What the law obliges us to do
As a What does it mean?agenție de plasare a străinilor (placement agency for foreign nationals), a company authorised by ANOFM (National Employment Agency) (CAEN code 7810, financial guarantee of 75,000 EUR) that recruits and places workers from outside the EU; it is not allowed to take money from workers. : we take no money from workers, we organise transport on arrival, we report problems and, for 2 years, we present the worker with at least two offers if the contract ends.

Our main markets are Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Ghana, Egypt and Morocco, but we organise recruitment from many other countries in Asia, Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus and Eastern Europe, depending on the employer's request and the legal possibilities. Service provision and staff leasing, through partner companies
Since 2018 we have worked with service-provision and staff-leasing companies (licensed temporary work agencies). If you do not want to hire directly, but to receive teams under a service contract or a staff-placement contract, we can offer this solution too through our licensed partner companies: we recruit and bring in the staff, and the licensed partner contracts with you. Tell us your preferred option and we will propose the right structure.

We do not display licences or awards we cannot prove with a verifiable number.
