Questions about costs
Because the right price depends on the number of workers (volume discounts), the occupation (a certified welder requires practical tests and additional checks compared with a handler), the country of recruitment, the complexity of the file and any additional services requested. Packages start at 1000 euro/person and go up to 2000 euro/person, depending on the number of people ordered; the calculator shows you the range for your situation.
An indicative advance of approx. 500 EUR per worker on signing the service contract; the balance is spread across the stages (after selection and after arrival), as set out in the contract. For large volumes we agree a custom payment schedule.
The law (art. 40 para. (8) GEO 32/2026) says these costs are borne by the worker, unless the employer provides otherwise in the firm job offer. Many employers cover them, at least in part, to attract better candidates. The decision is yours and is written into the firm job offer.
No. Placement agencies are prohibited by law from charging commissions, fees, charges, guarantees or deposits to workers (art. 23 para. (4) and (6) GEO 32/2026). Our fee is borne exclusively by the employer.
The worker cannot initiate a change of employer in the first 6 months after starting work (art. 40 para. (2) GEO 32/2026), and if they do not respect this term, the employer may recover from them the amounts invested in Romanian courses, accommodation and transport (art. 40 para. (9)). The commercial terms for replacement are set in the service contract.
The salary (at least 4,325 lei gross from 1 July 2026), the labour insurance contribution (2.25%), accommodation if you provide it (the rent withheld cannot exceed 25% of the net salary), meals and transport if you offer them, and the mandatory Romanian language course in the first 6 months (minimum 6 hours per week).
