1. The data controller

2. What data we process and why
- Employers (request forms, calculator, eligibility, contact): company name, CUI (tax ID), name of the contact person, telephone, e-mail, details of the request. Purpose: preparing the offer and providing placement services. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), legitimate interest for communications related to the request ((f)).
- Candidates: name, contact details, country, qualifications, experience, documents required for the visa and residence procedures. Purpose: recruitment and placement, fulfilment of the legal obligations under GEO 32/2026 (OUG 32/2026) and GEO 194/2002 (OUG 194/2002). Legal basis: performance of the placement contract ((b)), legal obligation ((c)).
- The “Ask CADIMA AI” assistant: the questions submitted may be recorded to improve the knowledge base; do not enter personal data in your questions. If an external language-model provider is configured, the question is sent to that provider to generate the answer.
- Technical data: IP address and server logs, for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
3. Who we share the data with
The competent authorities in the legal procedures (ANOFM (National Employment Agency), IGI (General Inspectorate for Immigration), MAE (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)/consulates, the Labour Inspectorate) through the WorkinRomania.gov.ro platform; recruitment partners in the countries of origin, to the extent necessary for selection; our service providers (hosting, e-mail, CRM), under contract. We do not sell personal data.
4. How long we keep the data
Employer requests without a contract: 24 months. Files of placed workers: at least 5 years from the end of the employment relationship, under art. 7 (1) (i) GEO 32/2026. Accounting data: as required by tax legislation.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (where applicable). Write to us at ofertare@cadimayousee.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (the Romanian data protection authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal, www.dataprotection.ro).
The site only uses storage that is strictly necessary to work (chosen language, form submissions) and loads no third-party tracking or marketing scripts. On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept or refuse analytics cookies; no non-essential cookie is set before you consent, and you can change your preference at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
7. Security
Encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted access to leads, access logs. The forms include anti-spam protection.
